Mental Rehearsal Definition:

An educational exercise that prepares the mind for productive visual thinking by practicing the physical marks to be made in advance of contact with any art materials. (For example: air drawing). Kinesthetic memory and pre-visualization (having something clearly in mind) increase the student/artists' chances of success.
