Living Curriculum: Teacher Designed
The NAB Living Curriculum is not a top down, dictated curriculum but a body of professional lesson plans and art activity ideas designed by the trained NAB Teacher/Researchers who, along with their employing school districts, own this project.
The Living Curriculum grows from what proves to work in the classroom. As an organic body of teacher-designed information, it functions and survives, as do all living organisms, according to evolutionary principles of adaptation to the local, changing environment.
